Returns Policy

Please note that we will usually only accept returns if the product is faulty or if we have mistakenly supplied the wrong product. In particular, we are unable to accept returns of medical products once they have been worn or touched the skin.  However, please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss a particular situation.

We ask that you notify us of your intention to make a return within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted with a return number. Please contact Korthotics customer service and we will issue you with a return number and form which we will ask you to fill in with the relevant information. Products are to be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

Please ensure that you return:

  1. All of the product and its parts
  2. All of the packaging as it was received
  3. A copy of the Tax Invoice
  4. Return number and return form supplied by us
  5. Your contact details including your name, delivery address, email address and contact phone number
